This SPE (screen printed electrode) features a carbon working electrode impregnated with nickel oxide, along with a carbon auxiliary electrode and Ag/AgCl reference. During reduction, the nickel oxide can converted to nickel metal. Suitable for amperometric/voltammetric experiments requiring a nickel or nickel oxide catalyst.
These electrodes are disposable and are meant to be replaced if fouling occurs. Each new electrode affords a clean and reproducible surface.
