Electrochemistry
Quantitative analysis of Copper, Lead, Cadmium in Tapwater
by Anodic Stripping Voltammetry at a Mercury Film Electrode:
![]()

A mercury film working electrode is prepared using the EChem Startup System. Linear sweep anodic stripping voltammetry is then used to determine the concentrations of Cd, Pb and Cu ions in tapwater. Standard additions are used to calibrate the response.
