  • Up to four channels available
  • Each channel can be configured for a different sensor
  • Electrical isolation on each channel
  • USB plug and play connectivity
  • Customise operation with your own LabVIEW applications or use Pod-Vu software (included)

Available in a Special Kit including 5 electrodes and software

Unit Price: $ (USD) 3265.00

Compatible with Multiple Probes

Using its MF Configuator software, each channel can be independently configured and calibrated for a particular type of sensor:

  • pH, ion selective electrode (ISE), Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP)
  • Temperature (1000 ohm RTD or 30 kohm thermistor)
  • Dissolved oxygen (dO2)
  • Solution conductivity
  • Amperometric biosensors
  • Voltage (mV)

Thus the instrument can have four pH channels, or one each of pH, conductivity, dO2 and temperature, or any other combination!

Pod-Vu Software Included

Online monitoring of the signals from the different channels, using Windows XP or later computers, is facilitated by Pod-Vu software. You can record signals from one or two Quad MF isoPod units (that is up to eight signals simultaneously).

Customise with your Own Software

You can also write your own recording or process control software using  the 'virtual serial protocol' provided over the isoPod's USB interface.  The serial protocol can be accessed by:

  • Writing your own software, for example in LabVIEW, C#, Visual Basic, etc.
  • Terminal emulation software compatible with serial (COM) ports, eg TeraTermHyperTerminal.
  • Other serial (COM) port compatible software that can log responses into a file or Excel document, eg WinWedgeHyperAccess.

OS Compatibility

The EPU452 is a multi-platform device that uses a 'USB CDC serial port' which is defined in the USB standard. Thus it is compatible with any operating system that supports a USB CDC serial port. This includes Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux. Please note, however, that MF Configurator and Pod-Vu software are only available for Windows XP and later computers.
