The PowerChrom System can be used with many GC and HPLC instruments from Shimadzu.

Introduction

Shimadzu manufactures a range of GC (Gas Chromatography) and HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) instruments. The PowerChrom System, or an e-corder with PowerChrom software, can be connected to many of these instruments to record and analyse the data. The PowerChrom system replaces the Chromatopac integrators shown in some of these photos.

Shimadzu Instruments

The following is a list of some of the Shimadzu GCs and HPLCs that can be connected to the PowerChrom system:

  • Shimadzu GC-17A
  • Shimadzu GC-14A and GC-14B
  • Shimadzu GC-9A
  • Shimadzu GC-8A
  • Shimadzu GC-3BF
  • Shimadzu SPD-6A UV detector
  • Shimadzu SPD-10A UV/Vis detector
  • Shimadzu LC-10AD detector
