Technical Help Request

Before proceeding with a Technical Help Request, please try the following:

  • Check that you have the latest version of eDAQ software on the software download page.
  • Consult the Troubleshooting sections of the relevant Hardware or Software Manuals. These are in pdf format and should have been placed into a folder called "eDAQ Documentation" on your computer when you installed eDAQ software. 
  • Consult our application notes.
