IM6

The IM6 is a modular electrochemical workstation with a frequency range up to 8 MHz at ±3.0 A and a compliance voltage of ±14 V. Eight free extension slots provide huge expansion capability for all fields of application.

 

High flexibility, high precision and high reliability are the basic elements which make the advanced concept of the IM6 unique!

Equipped with a programmable potentiostat, a pair of high precision amplifiers for current and potential, a flexible frequency generator/analyzer and four slots for additional input and output modules the IM6 is designed for nearly all measurement situations in the electrochemistry lab. Specially designed for spectrum analysis in the electrochemical field, the modular hardware concept of the IM6 allows you to configure the IM6 for applications far beyond impedance spectroscopy. With the appropriate hardware and software modules you can perform nearly all important data acquisition and analysis techniques which are required by electrochemical applications.

The Electrochemical Workstation IM6 has been developed with a background of 15 years of know-how in the field of impedance spectroscopy and electrochemical measurement techniques. It is based on the high end data acquisition system AMOS/ANDI and has therefore access to all its hardware and software modules. Very special, partially patented measurement and analysis techniques guarantee highest accuracy and minimal interference with the test object. The great number of different modes of acquisition and analysis as well as the unique upgrade concept make the IM6 an indispensable universal measurement tool in electrochemical laboratory.

IM6 comes bundled with the outstanding Thales Z 3 software package which offers all standard methods and more at a mouse click. This is why the IM6 can easily be adapted to very different measurement requirements. Furthermore, with the manifold options available, the IM6 is able to grow with its tasks:
